Projects
In the past few years I have gotten serious about Irish music and live music videography. Here are a few projects I am very proud of. Click the picture to see/listen.

I recorded 426 Tunes From Memory (mostly)
21 tunes a week were recorded over a period of 20 weeks. I only recorded 6 tunes at week 21 before becoming completely burnt out! Traditional Irish music requires musicians to have vast repertoires of tunes so this is a show case of the tunes I typically can play without sight reading. I don't have a perfect memory; sometimes a bit of prompting is needed but for the most part this is a solid collection recorded without reading in a short period of time.

A Set of Reels with Conal O'Kane (Goiste)
Conal and I go way back, he currently teaches at UL and performs with Ireland's top talent. We are both Yanks by birth. I love working with him in general and am proud of how this turned out.

Raglan Road - Disney Springs
Playing with Dave Curley has been one of the highlights of my career. Dave is a total legend and all around nice guy. Meabh does a great job dancing at the end of the video. I added some jazz music to Irish music in a way that is both as old as recorded Irish music and as new as the present moment.

Leisure Chief Final Performance
The best Jazz band in Orlando 2 years in row asked me to capture a few songs of their final performance before breaking up and moving onto other projects. I have always been inspired by run-and-gun videography. I only use one camera, but I get enough coverage at live gigs to make something out of it.
05 Irish Music Ad
I have made a ton of Irish Music and Irish pub ads for a lot of different clients. This is a favorite. I did have two cameras in this video, which was the only way to capture myself playing the flute. I then went back and got B roll. This was a live audio performance, but I went back and got slow motion shots to fill everything in.
